Casper van der Meer

Casmore was born and raised close to Amsterdam, where his musical journey started as a cellist at the age of seven.

Growing up, his interest in different genres kept growing, and the cellist started experimenting with electronic music. Creating electronic music became his true passion. After high school he spent two years at the Conservatory of Amsterdam to develop his production skills and artistic vision.

With his background as a cellist, he blends the elegance of classical music with the energy and creativity of electronic beats, resulting in emotional, immersive and lush sounding productions.

Currently producing the debut album of Anna Julie, out in 2027 on Moving From Silence.
